Salty Secret Builders, together with CSEG Properties, is expanding its work along Florida’s Forgotten Coast through carefully planned residential development and new home opportunities.

Our development work focuses on identifying special properties, creating thoughtful site plans, and bringing new homesites and residences to market in locations where the natural surroundings and existing community character deserve to be protected.

Upcoming Properties

We are actively evaluating and planning future residential opportunities throughout the Forgotten Coast. These projects may include available homesites, newly constructed spec homes, and select opportunities for buyers to become involved before construction begins.

Each property will be considered individually based on its location, site conditions, surrounding landscape, and development requirements. Project details will be released as planning, engineering, permitting, and construction progress.
