Salty Secret Builders offers a limited selection of professionally planned homes for buyers who want new construction without starting with a blank sheet of paper.

For each spec home, we select the property, develop the floor plan, coordinate the architectural details, and establish a complete design direction before or during construction. This allows buyers to see exactly what is being built, understand the expected completion timeline, and make a more informed purchasing decision.

New Construction Without the Full Custom Process

Building a completely custom home requires hundreds of decisions before construction can begin. A spec home simplifies that process because the major planning, design, and construction decisions have already been made.

Depending on when the home is purchased, buyers may also avoid much of the time normally required for design development, engineering, permitting, and early construction. This creates a faster and more straightforward path to owning a newly built home.

Opportunities to Personalize

Buyers who purchase during the early stages of construction may have an opportunity to select certain finishes or upgrades. Available choices will depend on the construction schedule, materials already ordered, and work already completed.

Once selections have been finalized or installed, the home will be sold as designed. This protects the construction schedule and ensures that every feature works together as part of one cohesive plan.
